Reading is my favorite way to develop my mind because it’s the most effective way to learn something. I like reading all kinds of book, especially books that expand my mind and thoughts to look at things differently, and understanding of reality, people, life, and even myself. And The Art of Stillness is certainly one of them, and it’s on the top of my list.

Very interesting. This is really one of the most important messages people of this day and age have to hear. We all go through life, bombarded with choices to make, places to be, and people to see.
